Employees, doctoral students and individuals studying at SGGW! If you have an active account at the Library, we invite you to use our acoustic pods, which provide the perfect place for concentrated and efficient work.

Our Library is constantly evolving, adapting to your needs, so we offer access to modern acoustic pods.

Below are summary rules of use and booking information.

Rules of use of acoustic pods (full version):

Opening hours: The pods are available during the Library’s operating hours.
Time of use: The latest possible time to finish using the pod is 15 minutes before the Library closes.
Number of users: A maximum of 4 people can use one cabin.
Reservations: Cabins can be reserved online by filling out the form available on the Library’s website. The maximum reservation time is 4 hours in one day for a person.
