Rules for using the book locker
- The book locker is located at entrance C to the Library.
- The book locker allows you to pick up ordered books 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The book locker can be used by users who have an active account at the SGGW Main Library, i.e.: employees, students and doctoral students.
- In order to pick up a book from the book locker, you must place an order using the library system, logging in to your library account and indicate “Book locker” as the place to pick up the ordered materials.
- The order includes only the collection with the location of the Academic Book Loans.
- Books ordered by 12:00 p.m. can be picked up on the same business day after 2:00 p.m. 14.00. Books ordered after 12:00 p.m. can be picked up the next business day after 10:00 a.m. 10.00.
- Orders placed on Saturday until 12:00 p.m. will be available for pickup the same day after 2:00 p.m. 14.00. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed on Monday, after 10:00 a.m. 10.00.
- Books with a format exceeding the size of the locker shall not be lent to the book locker.
- In order to pick up materials from the book locker, it is necessary to carry an active student ID card or a bar code for a library account.
- In case of lack of free lockers, the order will be prepared for collection in the Academic Book Loans, of which the user will be informed by e-mail.
- After the ordered book is delivered to the book locker, the User will receive information about the completion of his order at the current e-mail address defined in the library system. The deadline for collection from the book locker is 3 days.
- Users of the SGGW Main Library are required to monitor the balance of their library account and timely pick up the ordered books from the book locker.
- If you are unable to pick up your ordered books, you should report in person to the Academic Book Loans during its working hours.
